Lift & Pump Mondays 9am This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.

Breathe Tuesdays • 9-10am | Private Dining Room Thursdays • 11:30am-12:30pm | Motion Studio $12 per class This class will take place in the private dining room, offering natural light, warmth, privacy, and comfortable seating for all participants. "Breathe" focuses on deep, diaphragmatic breathing techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress. By emphasizing slow inhales and exhales through the nose, the class activates the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to mental calmness and physical relaxation. It's important to approach this class with an open mind, as the benefits of "Breathe" are numerous. Participants may experience decreased stress, anxiety, and depression, improved sleep, increased range of motion in Parkinson's patients, relief from chronic pain, better balance and coordination, reduced blood pressure, and positive effects on Deep, diaphragmatic breaths are a crucial component of this class. Cardio Step with Julie Wednesdays 9am - 10:15am $12 per class Cardio Step, also referred to as step aerobics, is a classic cardio workout utilizing a raised platform. Classes typically begin with a dynamic floor warm-up followed by choreographed moves synchronized with music. The workout is then followed by stretching exercises designed to elongate and strengthen muscles. The session concludes with a cool-down period to relax and reduce heart rate. No experience required! Julie will guide and assist you every step of the way. By the end, you'll walk away feeling energized from a fantastic cardio workout.
